Refund and Return Policy

GUARANTEE / SERVICE

MACHINEMD LLC guarantees all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Defective items will be replaced at no charge. Items that have been misused, abused, accidentally damaged, or altered are not covered under this policy.

All merchandise is shipped FOB from:

We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified. Stock items are shipped the same day the order is placed. Non-stock items will be backordered and shipped as soon as available.

PRICES

Prices are guaranteed at the time of order and are subject to change without notice. A $2.50 handling fee is applied to all shipments.

SPECIALS

Special-order items are priced per quote and are non-returnable and non-cancelable once the order is placed.

TERMS

All first orders require credit card prepayment. Approved accounts are billed Net 30 days. Accounts past due over 45 days will be placed on hold. Orders will not ship until the account is current. Delinquent accounts may be required to prepay by credit card.

CLAIMS / SHORTAGES / SHORT SHIPMENTS

Claims, shortages, or shipment errors must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Packaging must be retained for damaged goods inspection.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date and be in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued as MACHINEMD LLC store credit only—no monetary refunds are given.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, contact us at info@machinemdllc.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA, securely repackage the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible, and send it to:

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting your return, please allow up to 7 business days to process your store credit or exchange. We will notify you by email once it is complete.

EXCEPTIONS

For damaged or defective products, please contact us at info@machinemdllc.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Special items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Returns must be packed properly in the original materials. Damage caused by improper packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Used, marked, or altered items are not eligible for credit.
